Got the yellow collar to keep as a backup for our second dog, and the 400 yard range is plenty for our backyard setup. It pairs just as easily as the original and the plastic contact points feel sturdy enough for daily wear. Nice that it can sit flat or upright, so my pup doesn't even notice it on.
The waterproof build sold me since our dog loves puddles, and the plastic contact points are holding up fine after a month of daily wear. I also appreciate that it fits snugly whether we clip it on top or sideways, which makes it easy to switch between his collars.
The 400-yard range is plenty for our big yard, and the waterproof casing has held up through a few rainy training sessions without a hitch. I was relieved that the vertical or horizontal wear option let me adjust the fit for my dog’s thick neck without any shifting.
