The Dogtra STB BEEPER COLLAR uses microcomputer technology to create distinctly different sounds. It is also equipped with the Piezoelectric sensor for the most accurate motion detection of the Beeper Modes for Point-Only and Run/Point.
The sounds it makes are genuinely distinct — my dog knows exactly which beep means “come back” versus “keep hunting.” The piezoelectric sensor hasn’t given me a single false trigger, even in thick brush where I was sure it would go off.
The beeper collar's motion detection is spot-on—it only triggers when my dog is actually moving, not when he's resting. The distinct sound levels are easy to tell apart even in thick brush, which makes locating him in the field a breeze.
The piezoelectric sensor is ridiculously precise—my dog can be dead still and it stays quiet, but the instant he moves, the tone kicks in loud and clear. The microcomputer makes the sounds distinct enough that we can tell the difference between "he's flushing" and "he's on point" even from a distanc
