This is the CUE Yellow Transmitter, a replacement transmitter designed for use with the Dogtra CUE system. It allows you to keep your system operational by providing a compatible transmitter component.
The pairing process was completely painless and it synced with my receiver on the first try. It feels like a solid, well-built replacement that does exactly what it's supposed to. My only small gripe is the yellow color stands out more than I'd like, but that's purely cosmetic.
After my old transmitter finally gave out, this replacement synced right up with the collar in a couple of minutes. It's got the same solid feel as the original and the buttons are just as responsive, so I'm glad I didn't have to shell out for a whole new system.
It works as a replacement for the CUE system, and pairing it with the receiver was straightforward. That said, the build feels a bit plasticky for the price, and the range hasn’t impressed me much so far. Does the job, but I wouldn’t call it a huge upgrade over the original.
